The Evolution of a Repair
This section of our site will show you the work and specialized skills required in the repair of this vehicle, from start to finish. These pictures will speak for themselves.

Step 1: Vehicle is placed in technician's stall.
Step 2: The repair tech goes over the whole job repair ticket.
Step 3: Vehicle is torn down to start the repair process. 
Step 4: The vehicle is then inspected for hidden damages.
Step 5: The suspension has been removed. 
Step 6: Suspension replaced and truck is now ready for frame straightening. 
Step 7: Truck is now being set up on the frame rack.
Step 8: Measuring system is being attached.
Step 9: Frame has been straightened and is now complete. 
Step 10: Welded on structural parts are now being attached.
Step 11: Under hood parts are now being trimmed out by the painter.
Step 12: Welded on structure parts have been replaced and painted just like factory.
Step 13: Outer sheet metal is now being re-installed.
Step 14: Unit is being prepped for the refinish process.
Step 15: During the refinish process in our curing oven.
Step 16: After refinish is complete.
Step 17: After re-assembly.
Step 18: Wheel alignment and final suspension check.
Step 19: Preparation and cleaning for delivery.
Step 20: Final detailing.
Step 21: The finished product.
